PLI Policy Information for ACCLXT Registration

Class A Voting Member: Have obtained CLXT certification and are actively practicing, whether on a part-time or full-time basis, in the profession of Combined Laboratory and X-Ray Technologists which requires the application of knowledge of combined laboratory and x-ray science.

Class B Non-voting Member: Have obtained CLXT certification but are not actively practicing.

Student Member (Non-voting): Currently enrolled in a program approved by the Board of Directors as an educational preparatory program for obtaining CLXT certification and are not yet actively practicing in the profession of Combined Laboratory & X-ray Technologists.

Class A: SACLXT - Free Subscription period: 1 year, on: April 1st No automatically recurring payments For practicing members who register and pay through SACLXT.

Class A: ACCLXT with PLI - $100.00 (CAD) Subscription period: 1 year, on: April 1st No automatically recurring payments For practicing members who register with ACCLXT and require Professional Liability Insurance.

Class A: ACCLXT without PLI - $25.00 (CAD) Subscription period: 1 year, on: April 1st No automatically recurring payments

Class A with PLI - No prov. affiliation - $100.00 (CAD) Subscription period: 1 year, on: April 1st No automatically recurring payments For CLXT's employed in areas without provincial affiliation who require professional liability insurance.

Class A without PLI - No prov. affiliation - $25.00 (CAD) Subscription period: 1 year, on: April 1st No automatically recurring payments

Membership: Student w/ PLI - $100.00 (CAD) Subscription period: Unlimited For students with a temporary permit who are practicing while waiting for confirmation they have passed the licensing exam.

Membership: Student - $25.00 (CAD) Subscription period: 1 year, on: April 1st No automatically recurring payments Student who wishes to pursue a road-path to a CLXT certification.
